In August 2023, a Mumbai-based restaurant chain with three outlets came to us with sporadic posting, ~20 likes per post, and about 450 followers. They wanted to increase in-store footfall and online orders by 40% within six months.
We started with a social audit, refreshed their visuals, and set up a simple theme: weekly specials, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content. A fixed content calendar supported by hyperlocal Instagram ads (10 km radius around each outlet) helped us reach nearby food lovers.
By Month 3, the account had grown to around 1,200 followers with much stronger engagement. Reels showing quick recipe teasers started crossing 5,000+ views. By Month 6, weekly customers per outlet went up by around 45%, and online orders from delivery platforms increased by about 50%. The client credited consistent posting and focused local targeting for the turnaround.
